Membership Terms and Conditions.

1.  Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals of all skill levels and the Epic team welcomes Epic enthusiasts of any background.

2.  Membership Application

To apply for an Epic membership, please send an e-mail to memberships@epic-padel.com.  The Epic team will provide you with guidance on the subsequent steps in the membership application process.  All information provided in the application must be accurate and up-to-date.  The information you furnish to Epic during this process is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines the handling and utilization of personal information obtained through the Epic website.  To gain comprehensive insight into the collection and utilization of your personal data, please refer to Epic’s Privacy Policy, accessible here.  Once your membership is approved, the Epic team will communicate with you to facilitate the onboarding process for new members.

3.  Membership Fees

Membership fees are outlined in Epic’s current fee schedule and are subject to change at Epic’s discretion.  Membership includes a one-time initiation fee, payable upon acceptance of your membership application, and a recurring monthly fee.  Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

4.  Booking/Membership/Payment Transactions

All transactions related to bookings, memberships, and payments are executed through Playbypoint (https://playbycourt.com/) and are regulated by their Terms and Conditions of Use, along with other relevant policies.  We strongly advise you to thoroughly examine the terms and conditions of use as specified on the Playbypoint website.  Epic is not responsible for any claims, losses, legal actions, or damages incurred by users in connection with actions or conduct governed by Playbypoint terms.

5.  Term and Renewal

Epic membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis provided that the monthly fee is paid promptly.  Epic reserves the right to terminate or decline membership renewal at its discretion.

6.  Member Responsibilities

Members are expected to always conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike and respectful manner while on Epic premises.  Members are responsible for any damage caused to Epic property and equipment.  Compliance with all Epic rules and policies, including court reservation procedures, is mandatory.

7.  Guest Policy

Members may bring guests to the club subject to guest fees and applicable restrictions.  Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests and must ensure they adhere to club rules.

8.  Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for membership cancellation must be submitted by e-mail to memberships@epic-padel.com.  Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases where Epic terminates membership for reasons other than member misconduct.  Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9.  Termination of Membership

Epic reserves the right to terminate a membership for violations of club rules, misconduct, or non-payment of fees.  Termination may occur with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

10.  Safety and Liability

Epic members understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with playing Epic tennis and will not hold Epic liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on any of its premises at any of its locations.

11.  Amendments

Epic may modify these terms and conditions at any time.  Epic members will be notified of any changes via email.

12.  Privacy

Epic respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  By becoming a member of Epic, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.  Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of your Epic membership.  Please review these terms periodically for any updates or changes or upon receipt of notification of an amendment.
